Talking Books is a free service, providing books and magazines on cassette and Braille, descriptive videos, and other services free to individuals of any age.
New services now include:

Braille Audio Reading Download (BARD) has expanded to include Web-Braille and Music Services.

There is a new app for access to BARD from your iPhone, iPad, and iPod; call 1-800-426-0709 for more information and help with setup.

Illinois Talking Book patrons can now participate in the eRead Illinois e-book project. The project uses Baker & Taylor’s Axis 360 platform. Once again call 1-800-426-0709 or visit the website by clicking the Illinois Talking Books Outreach Center link above.
